Let us know your Jeep info and location that helps, but if you do not have a reader go to a local parts store such as Advance or Autozone they will typically scan your codes at no charge.
That code is for a small evaporation leak in the fuel vapor recovery system.
Just had a similar code on my wife's Jeep Compass which turned out to be just a loose gas cap.
Sometimes that's it, but it could mean a new gas cap or there is a vapor leak on one of the hoses (dry or cracked) under the hood at the evap canister.
I had P0456 pop on my TJ after I fixed the P0455 code. Tracing and replacing the cracked/old rubber lines solved the P0455 (mostly). Replacing the Gas cap fixed the P0456 code.
I will also add, that the bad gas cap passed the pressure test at the Jeep dealer when I drove in to ask about the cost on a smoke test.
