Check engine after clutch install: coincidence?

Took the Jeep for a test drive after clutch install... feels awesome, 60% of the previous pedal effort, no noise from release bearing... ahhh

But 10 minutes into the drive I get a Check Engine light... I think ought-oh, left a sensor off? No... I drive home, scan the OBD (2.5L, 1998 SE, AX5) and get:

P0123 TPS Switch High Circuit (it was iding high after Engine Light on way home)
P2300 Ignition coil Primary Control Circuit Low

I cannot connect the dots from clutch install to these codes... anyone?
I cleared them, but it is midnight here, and I am old May drive one more time.

I test drove it again... got a code for TPS after hitting the highway and just before 70mph.... engine was struggling. That is when it coded earlier, same situation.
But I did not get the ignition code again, or the high idle... hmmm
