check engine light? NEED HELP

hey i was rewiring the light bar in my tj to be connected to the floor lights. when i was doing this the floor light touched a peace of metal and was grounded. all the electrical shut off and the head unit to my radio completely cut off and wont turn on. my check engine light is now on and i do not know why. i checked the fuse panel and none of the fuses are blown. please help me out!!!

Use the key cycle to get the code and go here for an explanation and possibly a solution.
Put key into ignition, turn on (not to start position),off, on, off, then on. The code will show up in your odometer window.

also all the gauges stoped working even the Odometer. i think the short came from the floor light being grounded.
Please help any idea of what cound be wrong with it

you have blown a relay or fuse.
