Check Engine Light on, Advise

just had a set of borla headers installed and I am getting error code that the third cylinder is misfiring. replaced spark plugs, ignition coils, it only misfires in third gear going to fourth if i gas it. when the headers were put on could this have anything to do with the misfiring problem.2003 wrangler 4.0 gibson cat back, borla shorty torque headers, k&n cold air intake.

Take it to the shop that installed the headers. Probably have a leak.

Did the catback and CAI go on at the same time?

Yeah, either a leak or they fodded the plug when they did the header

(Fodded: or, FOD: Foreign Object Damage)

If you don't have a leak from cylinder head to header then it's just a coincidence. Even a small leak at that location would most likely not set a misfire code. Because it seems to be torque related it could be inner engine. Maybe compression (bad valve, head gasket etc.).

Or as Stevens said, foreign material damage.
