Checking Engine Light

Ok, So I posted on another thread but no one looked at it so Im making another one. Im getting code 12 and 23 popping up on the check engine light.

Code 12- Direct battery input due to PCM was disconnected within the last 50 key-on-cycles

Code 23- Intake air tempature sensor input is above or below acceptible voltage.

I dont exactly know what its saying. So is it the battery thats causeing this or just the IAT sensor that needs to be replaced? I honestly have no clue where to start to even fix this issue and any help or ideas of whats causing this would be awesome. Thanks.

The IAT sensor is the one at fault. I think a Code12 is something that always pop up when the check engine light comes on.
