Checklist of things to look for when looking at a 99 TJ.

I'm going to go look at a 99 TJ tonight and want to see if any of you have a checklist of things to look for or ask about. This will be my first jeep so I just want to make sure I look at everything before buying one. Any common problems I need to look for or anything?

I know rust, check and see which rearend stuff like that, but any common problems I should watch for? Thanks gang!!

The usual stuff. The only thing i missed on mine was a cracked radiator, which is common, so look for any residual fluid.
