Clicking/rattling in driver side rear wheel

There is a noticeable rattle when I drive my jeep on the rear driver side. I put new rear brakes on tonight and while I had it jacked up I would move the tire back and forth in neutral and it would click confirming where the rattle is coming from. Is this a wheel bearing? Any input is appreciated. Thanks...

When you say back and forth do you mean rotating it forward and backward or pulling in and out? What rear axle?

the rear in my jeep clicks like crazy when I spin the wheels. I took off the diff cover and discovered the PO has installed a lock-rite.

This was more like something is loose... Found out it is my new rear brake drum...I tighten wheel all the way up with 1/2 impact and the drum still is a lil loose... Makes no sense as the other side doesn't do it... When I got these rims and tires put on, there was 1 spacer here and I was wondering what that was all about... I wonder if the PO put a spacer there for this reason? Who knows...

I'd take that side apart and figure out why it's loose
