Clicking when applying breaks

I have a clicking that sounds like it is coming from the rear when i am slowing down with breaks applied. I can only hear it the last few feet before before a complete stop. It sounds just like a rock in a hubcap. Does not seem to effect anything yet. Brakes good and can't feel anything in the brake pedal. But no sound what so ever if i let it coast to a stop (wit no brake applied). What yall think.

Did you check to see if anything is loose in the rear brakes?

Everything looked good and tite. The bearings are in great shape. Took break cleaner an cleaned everthing in the breaks and scuffed up the drum, so far no noise. ??? Just dont make no sense but that's "jeep"
