climate control switch problem? HELP!!!!!

hey guys, i have a 03 wrangler rubicon. today when i got in her the fan blower switch was not working.. it blows on the 3rd and 4th settings but not on the 1st and 2nd settings.. this problem also happened on my 97 wrangler sport but i traded her in before i had a chance to fix it.. everything else works fine on the climate control.. it just does nothing on the first two settings. can anyone help diagnose the problem, and tell me what i need to do? thanks a million for any help..

new switch.
Amy had to do it last summer. it was about $25 at the dealership.

you were right skeeter.. it was the blower resistor.. costs about $18.00 and was a pretty simple fix. the dealership told me that the part carries a 1 year warrenty and is a pretty common problem on all jeep models.. thanx again for your help i really appreicate it
