Clunk from the front left when I turn right

I know its kind of a vague complaint but I figured I check with everyone before I went on a wild goose chase trying to find something.

Here's hoping it has something to with my stock suspension/stock wheel setup so I can justify to the boss lady getting my lift and rims.

got the same thing. I have a 2" lift with stock shocks and it clunks all the time. Getting ready to change the shocks to Rancho 2.5" to 4" lift. hope it stops the clunking.

I had a clunk on the passenger side when turning to the left...mechanics couldn't find it but could hear it on the road...finally got a mechanic to stick his head under the front end while I 'rocked' the jeep manually side to side (can't do it now, my arms are shot) and he spotted a broken strut! It was broken inside the bracket so you couldn't see the break, and there was enough of the threaded rod left to keep the nut tightly in place-they had checked with a wrench before. That was the problem!
So...check your struts and remember the weight of the vehicle and the springs can mask a broken strut end.

Or it could be the flashlight I threw in the Jeep between the drivers seat and the rocker panel. That explains the noise on left turns when I turn right, noise but never felt anything. Lesson learned, check the obvious.

I had the same problem. The clunk I had was from the new rough country shocks. The bottom bushing on both front shocks was completly gone so when I turned it rattled and made a clunk sound.
