Clunk, Left Side when Steering HELP!

Hello all,
Need Help! I have a 01 Tj with a 4" Sky Jacker Lift, Inline 6, on 315x70x17. Recently ive been hearing a Clunking sound any time I turn the steering wheel. Sound: Clunk, Clunk, Pop etc. Right side so driver side. Driving straight dont hear anything and the sound only happen at slow speeds. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Check your control arms and track bar, tie rod ends, ball joints and axle u-joints. One of those are either loose or bad and the clunking should go away when they are fixed.
