Clunk on steering lock out

Ive noticed this a few times. When I do a U-turn and lock out my steering I get a clunk, then I the steering wheel is off center. If I do another u-turn in the opposite direction, another clunk and the steering wheel is again centered... Any thoughts? Thanks

Track bar is my first guess with clunks. Any other symptoms?
