Clunk/scrape on bumps

03 Wrangler, lift, tires and the like, manual transmission, 4.0
Only when on a downward angle, and go over a bump (notice mainly speed bumps) I get a clunk or a quick scrape like the diff is hitting the bump (obviously not) when the tires hit the beginning of it.
Any ideas? Could it be my control arms on their mounting points if there is a little play? (don't think there is)
