clunking noise when slowing down - 97 TJ

I've got this clunking noise coming from the front end when I slow to a stop. Seems to be coming from the passenger front wheel area. Could this be a worn control arm bushing ? Or something else?

Control arm bushing would be the most likely suspect but it could be one (or more) of the tie rod ends.
Get under the front and with both hands, try shaking the tie rod, drag link and track bar back and forth with some authority. If there is any play in the tie rod ends, that's your culprit.
