So I have read hat putting a fuse in the number 20 slot of my 1999 tj will bypass the clutch safety switch.

Can someone tell me which one us number 20 on here?

On my 2000 TJ it would be fuse 20, on the fuse-block behind the glove box. On mine fuse 20 is lower left corner, Your model year may be diff. not sure.

I can't remember when they switched to the fuse, but for your 1999 you might have to do the plug swap for the switch on the clutch pedal.

For the '99 it is the fuse panel behind the glove box. Very bottom left slot.
