Hi guys,
I had the CEL go off today leaving OReilly's and the code P0303 "Cylinder 3 Misfire" come up. I know there is a TSB out there on this situation but I don't have time to go have it fixed, or the time to fix it myself. Is this something I can just clear the code, and forget about, or do I need to fix it?

The funny thing about this is that it took a 93* day today to set it off when I have been going out to the desert all summer where it was 110+* and never had the problem.

Any help is appreciated!
