Angry codes questions... experience??

has anybody dealt with these codes on ther jeep???

PO300- multiple random misfire.
PO340- cam position sensor.

im really hoping that i dont have to get into the position sensor and cylinder misfires.

i was talking to a guy that had a truck and he had the same codes come up and what he ended up having to do was replace the injectors...i guess it was like a lil dominoe affect on the system, and thats why it came up as misfires and position sensor.

anybody dealt with these codes before??

tell me what u did. please..

need to know what year and engine ya got. the 300 code can be a ton of things causing a misfire. but if the cam sensor isn't working right it can cause all sorts of stupid things. start there.

first thing to check for 300 code is tune up though, but most likely the 340 code is the problem, the 300 misfire is just a symptom
