Constant problem, need help?

I've had a reoccurring pop come from the front left for a while now, thought it was the SB links, so I took them off, then the front driveshaft, I took that off and in to the point where I'm clueless.. I was underneath and saw this maybe it's relevant, maybe not but some insight would be nice!

when does the popping start? during turns? I suggest you have a buddy turn the wheel left - right while to inspect the front end to see any abnormal movements or noises. Check all bushings for wear/cracks and tightenen the track bar along with the swaybar .

It's completely random but I think I've isolated it to when I shift up (usually). More so when I come out of a turn, but sometimes on straight streets as well. The terrain is relatively flat here in norfolk. It only happens once in a while?

mine was popping like that when I 1st got the Jeep and I finaly figured out it was the left sway bar link. It was broken (bolt) at the top and I could not see it until it dropped out getting wedged by the frame. The whole Jeep canted down and to the left. It was a bear getting it loose. Replaced the link and all betta.

is the noise coming from the front? could it be the rear? is it like a faint popping noise? do you feel anything or just hear it?

I had a similar problem with ome springs, the upper spring perches were welded in at the factory to their specs but one ended up further back than the other. Since the ome springs were larger on diameter than factory springs the front right would randomly clunk which made a popping sound. It took me a while to track down.

How did you fix the spring? Mine sounds like the front left and it just so happens my spring looks bent on that side?
