Coolant hose issue

I have a 97 2.5 tj. The PO Replaced the radiator and fan assembly with an aluminum and electric setup. The coolant bottle that's on it has no where for the lower hose to attach. There's an overflow line from top of new radiator to the coolant tank but no way for the coolant in the tank to get back into circulation.

Suggestions????

Does the hose from the radiator extend into the tank, if yes, then more than likely the coolest is drawn back in as the vehicle cools. Does the coolest level raise and fall in the overflow? If not then it's a simple overflow meant to keep the coolent from discharging on the ground. In this case the correct level for the radiator should be about 3 inches below the filler neck, then the overflow tank should not collect much coolent.

Yes, the coolant tank bottom hose goes into the top of the rad. Then the top hose out of the tank is the overflow.

By having the top coolant hose in the top of the rad, when the rad heats up the coolant overflows into the tank, but can not suck coolant back in when it cools down(depressurizes) leaving it an inch too low (sucks air instead).
