Crank, cam sensor

Hey guys I need help. 01 TJ. I was getting a code for crank and cam sensors. . I have replaced both. Plus new plugs and new coil pack assembly. Made sure the plugs were gaped right. It runs fine for 2 or so hours and the messes up again. If I clear the code it runs fine for a while and then messes up again. Note. The cam code is gone. The crank keeps coming back. I have put 2 new crank sensors on. I can't figure this out. Don't know what else to do.

Could you describe the situation a little more clearly than "messes up?"

Providing the exact DTC(s) would be a step in the right direction.

X2, and are you using OE sensors or aftermarket sensors like from Autozone?

When it messes up I mean it starts running rough and the rpm jumps. Then goes back down then back up. The check engine light comes on. I am not sure how else to say it. Oem parts. The code was p00591 I think. Or poo391. Or 293. Sorry it's been a few days since I messed with it.
