Crunching/grinding noises when driving at 30 or slower

Can anybody help with there input on what it is, It only happens when I'm going 30 and below and on turning, and sometimes it feels like popping in the floorboard. Could that be from to much of a lift? I have 6" lift.. Any thoughts??

I know mine does it too and one of my buddies grand cherokees too. If it is the same thing its one of the linkages being loose on the 4wd shifter underneath the floor. Next time its doing it try pushing down on the 4wd shifter handle and see if it stops. i don't think its really that bad I've drove mine like that for a while and haven't tighted it yet

Yea that seems about right bc I remember being told that my tj is lifted so much that it won't shift into 4lo bc the linkage is to short. Or something along that lines

I did drop my tcase but i just used grade 8 washers and bolts maybe I didn't drop it far enough but it was far enough to get rid of the driveline vibrations. I only did a 2.5 inch lift

Yea maybe just depends I guess by what that thread was saying. Idk if the previous owner did or not while having my jeep but I'm gonna put it in the shop and have my mechanic run through it just to be safe. Glad I got a 0% deductible on a 20k power/drive train warranty
