44's have a 1310 yoke. Not sure about the 35.

well its obviously not a rubicon cause rubicons are the only ones with the 1330 joint. so if its out of a normal tj you will be fine the one problem is the dana 44 yoke sit an in. to a half an in. closer to the tranfercase we just did this swap in my bros jeep and if its a slip yoke you will need a drive shaft that came from a jeep with a dana 44. if you have a drive shaft with an sye hope the drive shaft you got is long enough im actually sitting in the hope my drive shaft will be long enough boat right now. im doing the same swap this weekend

yah its from a 01 sport.. let me know what problems you run into.. i havent done a sye yet but ill be getting around to it sometime within the next month.. school is getting ready to end and ill be going back to work full time.. the first thing im doing is all adjustable cas and a sye

(prepping for 36'' iroks by winter =D)

ill be getting a hp d30 front to start rebuilding.. plan on doing a super 30 kit and regear it while its out of my jeep.. then i can save up money to get my d44 regeared.. eventually ill add a locker in the rear.. but the front is first

well if you get your sye before you put the 44 in then i would just do it at the same time and get the right size drive shaft if you do it before you will need the stock drive shaft out of a jeep with a 44.

i spent a majority of my money on the d44 =p.. i still havent gotten around to getting adjustable cas yet either.. ive pieced together my lift.. and so far ive spent a pretty penny..

original 2'' lift with shocks- 330
1'' bb- 60 (ended up putting 2 pucks on my gfs jeep and 2 on her dads)
jks bl and mml- 180
re monotubes- 300
jks acos- 420
jks adj trackbar- 240
rear tb relocation mount- 70
jks front discos- 130
jks adjustable rear sb endlinks- 70

not including new rims/tires (640 for the rims, 680 for the tires)

i replaced my headunit that i put in my jeep when i first got it over the summer, as well as 4 speakers.. (around 350)

not including a new fender/fender flare when i wrecked my jeep almost 2 years ago and got em painted to match (around 500)

oh yah and a new stock bumper and 4 new foglights with the windshield mounts (200)

all but replacing the fenders came over the summer..

oh not to mention a rebuilt tranny, new complete front brakes.. which was around 1300 total for both.. which was this xmas

(oh and im a college student who hasnt worked since the summer)

cant wait till i go back to work in a month =D

i actually plan on making my cas instead of buying em.. unless i decide to do the RE la upgrade.. havent made up my mind yet

It's a straight-across bolt-in job, you won't need anything. Both axles even use the same 1310 series u-joints. That the D35c uses a 1" longer driveshaft is fine too since you also have a suspension lift which creates more room for the longer D35c driveshaft. If both axles use the same type brakes, you won't even have to change anything there other than to bleed the brake lines afterwards.

woohoo got my swap done today all i had to do was get my driveshaft shortened. if your lifting yours only 2 in and not doing a t case drop you might be ok. i would try and do the math before you do it get under it with a tape measure and go to town measure anything and everything. you cant go wrong tho just trying to find a jeep with a 44 shaft already lined up just in case and if your shaft doesnt work going and getting it you can never be to careful.
