The JK Rubicon dana 44 has different mounts, a different ujoint size, different ebrake cables, and is wider than the tj Dana 44.
Unless you want to run wider axles, you would need to get the tubes cut and rewelded and new shafts cut unless you find a way to get TJ shafts to fit.
You would need all new mounts welded on for shocks, control arms, and track bar, and you would need to figure out what has to be done about the brakes.
