Dash and Parking lights not working

Was out screwing around earlier and when we decided to leave the pasture and head home the Dash lights went off. Jeep is a 2005 V6 auto. Parking lights and Interier illumination lights are a bust. I checked the #1 fuse that I found in another post by searching but other than that I am not sure where to start looking. What I got home and was looking at the fuses is when I noticed the parking lamps were out.

Bump, anyone have a clue? No interior illumination lighting of any kind. and no parking lights on the front fenders. I piddled with it today and took control out and did some test on it with an Ohmeter. The "rheostat" function is working since it has different ohms at different settings. I am thinking its a ground but not sure where to look for the ground.

I took my meter and check cont on ever fuse in both boxes. After that I flipped the meter over and made sure I have 12+ volts on bolt sides of every fuse. I have googled the hell out of this and it comes up alot but no one seems to have an answer for it.

A 2005 V6? I didn't know they made such an animal.. Do you have the owners manual? If not remove the cloth strap on you glove box, drop it down and there should be a list of fuses and what they're for on the back right side.

LOL they dont make such an animal from the factory as a V-6, its a typo on my side but after I noticed it, it was too late to edit it to be correct. I have done both fuse boxes and no dice.

turned it down, turned it up. nothing

When the headlights are turned on the lights on the front fender flares should be on but they do not come on at all, and there is no interior illumination at all.
