Dash Lights + Third Break Light Not Working!

Hey guys, i have a 2001 TJ.

I installed my CB radio antenna using a mount that goes behind the RIGHT tail light, it is metal and i think i have a ground error because now my 3rd break light will not work and my running break lights will not enable, and on top of all that the Dash lights do not turn on (meaning the speedometer, RPM, Fuel, and Oil pressure lights as well as the air conditioning knobs... I really don't know what is going on, i checked all fuse boxes including the one in the glovebox and under the hood...

Like i said i think it is a grounding error because of the mount i put on, but how can i fix it??

Anyone with the same problem that fixed it or if you know what is going on i would greatly GREATLY appreciate it.
