Death wobble from sway bar discos??

I have done a sway bar mod to be able to disconnect the sway bar my self and in the process lost one of the metal sleeves in the bushings. Now after a year of having done the mod, when i sometimes hit an offset bump on the road I might get a little bit of what I believe to be death wobble? Would that be the culprit or do you think it's something else??

A few questions.
1) You did the disco's a year ago? That's a long time.
2) What do you mean by "a little bit" of DW? Like a shimmy? Or do you have to slow all the way down to get it to stop?

I do have to come almost all the way to a complete stop for the wobble to stop.

And yes I did the home made discos about a year ago

Check for looseness in your track bar and tie rod ends.
