Exclamation Death Wobble help!!!

The other day i went mudding, got stuck (said to say) and had to use my tractor to0 pull myself out. And today when i got back on the road (daily Driver) and it drove just fine till i got it to 45 and it shook like crazy till i slowed down to like 30. Now it used to do the same thing when i would go over a major bump, it would make my steering shake like crazy, till i slowed down.
im afraid that ive ruined something on the jeep. PLEASE HELP!!
ive heard other people having problems like mine just not quite the same thing.

well there was mud on the wheels at first but it flew off im pretty sure, i can double check that one, but its been doing this to me for a while now, ( when i go over bumps) i really think it could be the track bar. since i did put a 2 inch budget lift on it 4 weeks ago

Yea i had the same problem and i replaced the track bar which fixed the problem. I've read that it can be caused by a bent track bar, which could have happened when you installed your lift.

Be sure to check the alignment if you didn't re-align it. I had the DW after a 2" lift and it was cured buy fixing the toe in. It was WAY out of spec. Its an easy 20 min DIY job to redo the alignment.

No, check the toe in. I use 2 2x2 wooden sticks (checked for straightness) that i bungee for the wheels and then i level them with a level in the center of the wheel. I measure the front and back toe distances, and set the toe to about 1/4" toe in. (front measurement 1/4" less than the back measurement.)

I also had the DW problem after hard bumps. Had the track bar replaced and that cured it. It didn't start until after I had a 4" lift installed, so I'm guessing that's most likely what's wrong with yours.

Caution if you end up setting your toe-in, 1/16" to 1/8" is appropriate. 1/4" of toe-in is excessive.
