Do you have Upper Rear Adj Control Arms..... this will help dial in the rear pinion angle.
Also do you have a rear cv driveshaft... ie: from Coast Driveline, Tom Woods or HAD

You do have an angle finder of some sort I hope . If so what are your driveshaft and pinion angles ? If you don't you can get one good enough at Lowes or Homo Depot . It is one very handy tool if you monkey with the suspension much at all and they are cheap . set your pinion about a degree or a degree and a half less than your driveshaft and you should have no vibes , same with the front end .

More info needed . . . is your DS a CV or stock style? Do you have adjustable UCAs? What are the angles of your DS and Pinion? Angles would be better, but if you can get a good pic of the DS and Pinion from the side, we might be able to eyeball it and see if anything looks out of sorts.
