drum on right getting hot ?

On my 98 th 4 cyl , last week I replaced the seal at the rest passenger wheel as it was leaking, today after driving back from work I got of the jeep and smell something, cheched the wheel and touched the drum and it was really hot. I removed the wheel, thinking the brake somehow is a little stuck but cannot see anything wrong. I just drove 1/2 mile now, without using the brake and it is getting warm.
What could be wrong?
