No its not just post count its jerrys reputation around here, if u have a question about anything jerry almost always has a solution and is a very respected and knowledgeable member on this forum and as someone else already stated he is very much true I've NEVER had a problem with my winch, running a single no name battery and the stock alternator, and I've ran my winch continuosly for pretty long stretches pulling people out(>5 mins) and my father in law who owned the winch for well over 10 years prior to me never had any problem with it on a single optima red top and the stock alternator on his 77 cj5
