ECU Reset

i understand how to reset the ECU, but here is my question.

I purchased my jeep a month or so ago, if i reset the ECU putting it into flash mode, making it adapt to my style of driving will i gain anything from it???

MPG?
Will it run better?
Will the performance change?

what is or are the advantages of doing a ECU reset and letting it build data back up.

Thanks

You will not gain anything. Just drive it.
