Exclamation ecu reset

i just out a new intake on my '99 a few days ago and i was thinking of reseting the ecu. i bought the jeep only 3 months ago and had reset it. will i do damage resetting it again in such a short period of time?

I don't have experience but i would imagine it should be fine.. same as if ur battery dies isn't it?
