EDGE trail jammer throttle body, intake, and computer

I have a 97 Wrangler with the I-6 and the Edge trail Jammer kit including the intake, computer, and throttle body. I also have a header. The instructions do not metion what octane fuel to use...does anyone know what is recomended?

Start with regular and if it pings go up one grade up at a time until it stops pinging.

Search "octane" on that page...

looks like 87 Octane is fine.

Only run the octane necessary to prevent pinging/premature detonation. If it's not doing either regularly, there's no need to run anything higher than 87.
