Some people put on fans from other vehicles, used style. If you search the forums you will find what they have used. Quadratec and others sell new kits as well. Electric Fan is a great upgrade as you get constant air flow, a real plus if you are rock crawling or running at slow speeds. Puller VS Push is one will pull air through your radiator and the other will Push the air out. I am not sure if one or the other is better, I would think you would want to pull cool air through the radiator though.

Get a "pull" and place it behind rad. Pushers go in front, and with the setup of the Jeep, it will get a lot of bugs, etc on the blades...don't forsee it lasting long like that.

ive been using the flexalite black magic fan for a couple years. works great. I found that the auto thermal switch likes to die at the worst times possible. so make sure you wire in a over ride toggle. I did gain some HP, and can feel it on the hill climbs.
