Question Electrical Guru please

Hit a bump in the highway and
Check engine light comes on AND the wipers STOP
Wipers worked BEFORE th bump since we had a shower in SC.
Got the Wiring Diagram from Haynes and every once in awhile I think they are the under ware people with their crappy diagrams.

Take Care

start buy checking every fuse under the hood and in glove box. Is the check engine still on? If so find out what the code is.

Try by reconnecting your gauge cluster?? Might do something, not so sure though.. Worth a try.

All is well

Fuse in teh glove box was blown. Check Engine light was an error code for the O2 Sensor.
Thanks all.

Wiring Diagram for a '99 TJ

Hi George, I've got a '97 TJ also and have been cleaning up my wiring.
I have a Haynes manual but it is about useless.
The next best thing I found is a 2000 TJ set of schematics online. It was close enough to help me with a few things!!
If you'l like, send me an email (mlt503@cox.net) and I'll attach them to my reply. They are in PDF format or I would paste them here.
Good luck,
Mark Talley
