Electrical help.....anybody?

My wifes jeep died on her two days ago out of nowhere. It's a 98 wrangler 4.0and it turns over perfectly, but won't start. I replaced the crankshaft sensor and still nothing. After investigating i saw the F21 fuse in the power distribution center under the hood was blown. According to Haynes it's for the automatic shutdown relay. I switched the horn and asd relay and it still blows the fuse. I traced the wires leaving the pdc and found no damage or defects in the wires. No matter what i do turning over the motor causes the fuse to pop. Does anyone know why it might be blowing the fuse and if this would prevent the jeep from starting. Also she filled up her tank with gas a day before this happened and forgot to put the cap back on. Maybe air in the fuel line but highly unlikely seeing how the tank was completely full. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Blown fuses are caused by shorts or overloads. The only thing I can suggest is to get a FSM and start tracing backwards.

The ASD connects battery voltage to the fuel injectors and ignition coil. I would check the wiring to these components as well as the fuel pump for a short.
