Electrical problem

I've got an electrical problem with my 03 TJ. First I noticed that my a/c blower stopped working, the airbag light came on and my reverse lights stopped working.

After spending some time reading wiring diagrams. I discovered that I am not getting power to the portion of my fuse block (glove box) that runs those 3 items. There is a wire that is black /w red stripe or possibly pink. Looks like a 10ga wire that powers those three items through their respective fuses.

My wiring diagram does not show this wire coming or going to the fuse block. So I took apart the power center near the battery trying to find that wire. No dice. I've checked all my fusible links and they are good.

Where does this black w/red come from?

Thanks in advance,
