Without seeing the pic....I would guess that if the question has to be asked then the answer is yes. I see you are in CT where I would guess most vehicles have rust. Be patient and keep looking. You will find one that is better than one that needs a "does this look right or rotted" question. Maybe look in other states south of CT. My TJ came from CT and was sold in NJ but didn't have very much rust. When I say not much I mean a small amount on the exhaust mounts and steering knuckles. Keep looking and posting.
