Didn't GM just recall like two million of those cars for possible car fire?

If they can drop in a 5.7L HEMI without any mods, I don't see why a V6 wouldn't fit.

Dang, thats a nice motor. Id deff. go for it. I mean, you could build a bigger stroker for probably less than you buy the car and it will produce more torque and power than that at lower rpms though. But you'd need to tear your motor apart then or have a good core from a salvage yard.

Without a Jeep for now...

Isn't that a transverse mounted motor? Would that complicate a swap into your jeep?
Just getting to work is an adventure.

i've never heard of any adapter to put that motor to any trans that would work. fast motor, that was the only car to beat me in my porsche i had. lots of hp, but i don't know how that's gonna act for a jeep, that torque number sounds good, if thats right.
