engine swap

I have a 1997 wrangler with a bad motor(4cyl) & bad transmission(automatic).I found a 1991 jeep wrangler with good 6cyl & manual 5 speed.Would the 1991 motor & tranny fit in my 1997?Or are they too differant?

if you're swaping the entire drivetrain it will fit. you'll need new drive shafts and a wiring harness.
