Engine swap

Hey anybody got any advise when it comes to doing an engine swap? I am wanting to do one but looking for any techniques/help. Anything would be helpful. This would be my first engine swap also.

Do a google search....there are numerous threads with tons of info available. Next someone will tell you thats its not worth the effort. If you want a 6 cyl, sell your 4 cyl and buy a 6 cyl. Otherwise the work and cost is almost the same as converting to a 5.2 or 5.9 Magnum motor.

4 to 6 cyl is not worth it. V8 swap is questionable in my mind as I'm finishing my LS swap. 4 cylinder and 6 cylinder have different motor mount locations, so welding will be required along with a stronger tranny.
