engine swap?

when i was looking for a jeep to buy when i sell my truck i came across a 4.0L 5 speed tj that looked like it was flipped for $800. would it be worth it to find a cheap decent condition 4 cylinder and do a engine swap on it? how hard and long will this process be?

chassis (motor mount location) and electronics are different between the 4.0L and 2.5

1999 tj sahara (6 cyl auto)
1999 tj se (4 cyl auto)
