Engine/Trans Swap Questions???

Current Engine/Trans:
114k miles (still runns good)
Automatic w/ 4:10 gears
4" lift with 33" tires

Found out I can get through alot on my own. Then tired pulling my wife out of some deep sand and and well I didnt even move her an Inch. I want to do a engine swap. Looking for something that is going to have pulling power and able to do 75 on the highway with out stressing the enigine. I cant spend a alot and I know that I am going to get what I pay for, but I would just like everone recommendation on the right engine for the right money (on a budget). Thanks guys.
