Engine Trans wiring question for the experts

OK hereís the deal. I have an 04 Rubicon with a 5 speed. I need some info. I bought a 42RLE from a 04 Rubicon and I have the wiring harness and the transmission control module (thatís what I assume it is) for the automatic trans that sits behind the windshield washer bottle. What I need to know is if my engine control module on the firewall behind the battery will talk to the trans control module or do I have to change it? I know some of you experts Jerry, Doc, will know.

You will need a different PCM and it will have to be out of a 2004 Ruicon that had an automatic, they're not the same between auto/manual trannies or from year to year.
