Only thing we have to fear is, fear itself....................................... and bears
Its not crazy loud. It has a nice sound to it. You can hear it inside the Jeep. Your not going to get a V8 grumble out if the 4.0 if that's what your looking for.
I beg to differ. Our emmission laws are different and all that and I won't go into tue details but I have only one mini-cat and one free-flow muffler with massive 72mm pipe right through. It growls like you won't believe. Nice thing is at constant highway speed it just settles down and is almost inaudable.

inexpensive wise... probably the longest cherry bomb type of muffler that can fit under your truck... fyi alot of areas where your legally allowed to offroad will ask you to leave if the exhaust is too loud... like areas where park rangers are... cause other activities are going on there like horse back riding, camping, and hikers...
my goal with my exhaust was to make it as quiet as possible so i can hear people in my truck talk and my stereo good..., but if loud exhaust is your goal there are cherry bombs that will work by just cutting off old muffler at inlet and exhaust but you have to get the inlet center and the outlet offcentered to get it work with existing exhaust i was considering a cheap cherry bomb for mine until i heard my moms minivan with a 20inch long cherry bomb we had sitting around from my dads old truck.. it was growling like a bear, so i decided i didnt want my car that loud and just went with a cheap walker muffler from autozone.... i would measure length of stock exhaust from inlet to outlet, then add like probably 2 -3 inches to that length so you have enough pipe in to cherry bomb to ubolt it in place... but you may want to purchase ahead of time things do not line up properly with a straight exhaust if your using exisiting cat back downpipe and muffler back pipe... fyi.. good luck
