exhaust header

My 99 with 4.0 developed a tick. It has the expansion joints so I thought I had a bad gasket. Pulled pipe and intake tonight and bang I have a nice crack that I couldn't see untill I pulled it off. Is there any permanate fix to this?

Was going to order header from AM auto. Looking at header with the flex joints like I have. They have 2. One is $86 and other is $110 and says high quality. Look the same. What's the difference? Thanks

I swapped in a Banks torque tube, and have no complaints. Mine is 50 state legal though, which is California legal. I might have gone cheaper if I were in another state though.

Just like the stock one I had. Has the expansion joints. I did order the $110 one, says high quality. Why it's high quality, don't know.
