Exhaust Manifold

So I hit a little bump on the way home today and it cracked (my already worn out) exhaust manifold. I have a 99 4.0 and I have a few questions. I found a couple good write ups but I am by no means mechanically inclined and was just curious how intense of a job it is to fix? Also, I found these two manifolds on Ebay and I was just curious which one you guys would choose.

Finally, will it cause any damage if I continue to drive (besides to my eardrums and pride) to the Jeep?

If you have no mechanical background, save yourself a headache and hire it done

Its not an overly difficult job...it can be frustrating though, and it usually helps to have an extra set of hands.

Any header with the flex joints on them are a good option for replacement. Both of the options you listed have those. Another option I believe came off another jeep. I want to say the Cherokee, but don't quote me on that. Whatever vehicle it was had a two-piece cast manifold.

I have enough mechanical knowledge to get me in trouble. I will definitely have an extra set of hands with me. Is there anything I should do while I have the manifold off (sea foam valves etc?)
