Exhaust manifold

My exhaust manifold is rusting out on me, I wanted start researching a fix.

I want to go with one of the ebay ones with the "elbows" on the 1st and 6th cylinder, did anyone try these yet? how do they hold up?

Has anyone done this themselves? how easy is it?

If you had a shop do it, how much did they charge you?

Would it be beneficial to put a high flow cat in there as well?

Thanks for your reply's.
Billy
