exhaust manifold issue

My TJ is undergoing the required state inspection, so far not too bad , she needs a windshield. I knew about this and have ordered it, new front brakes and rotors, and they say she may have a crack in the exhaust manifold should I go junk yard or what else are my options with this inline 4 cyl.

You can pick up a new manifold at Advance or Autozone for a little over $100

1AAuto.com has some good cast iron replacements for a good price. And they're a dealer on this site.
