Question Factory soft top hardware question

I have a 2000 Wrangler Sport and I'm wondering if my factory soft top hardware will fit onto a 2003 Wrangler Rubicon?

Everything but the header clamps should fit. Your 2000 header clamps are wider than the slot in 2003 and newer TJs. That said, swapping the header is only about a 20 minute job and consists of "unwrapping" the top from around the header to expose 12-15 screws that hold the fabric to the header itself.

Are the 00 clamps any different from the 01? I have an 01 top on my 03. The clamps work/fit fine.

I'm not sure when the clamp width was changed but older clamps are wider and the newer TJ's slots are narrower. At some point in the model year changes, and it's pretty close to 2003 or so, the older wider clamps won't fit into the newer narrower slots.
